With all the news about Coronavirus, we understand you might be wondering if this is the best time to book a holiday. But rest assured, you can still secure the perfect holiday accommodation with peace of mind that should travel advice change and authorities advise against ‘all but essential travel’ to Malta & Gozo, then we will refund you in full.

Q. How much deposit do I need to pay on a new booking?

For all bookings made after 14th March 2020 with a check-in date of March, April & May, we will only charge Eur20 deposit on the entire booking. The balance will be due just 5 days before arrival. If you have to cancel your bookings because of travel advise, we will refund you the deposit in full.

Q. I am due to travel to Malta but I see they have asked visitors to self-isolate on arrival.

A: We are aware that authorities in Malta have advised against all but essential travel to Malta. We are discussing options with customers due to travel to Gozo on a rolling 2-week basis. Outside of this 2-week period, normal booking conditions and cancellation charges will apply.

Q. I am a Maltese resident and I see that authorities have advised against non essential travel to Gozo.

A: We are aware that authorities in Gozo have advised against all but essential travel to Malta. We are discussing options with customers due to travel to Gozo on a rolling 2-week basis. Outside of this 2-week period, normal booking conditions and cancellation charges will apply.

Q: What if I decide I don’t want to travel?

A: If travel advice has not changed for your travel period, your reservation will be subject to normal booking conditions and cancellation charges will apply.

Q: I’ve booked my summer holiday accommodation with you. Will this still go ahead?

A: If you have concerns about your summer holiday, it is too early to say that your holiday can’t go ahead as planned. Therefore, customers with future departure dates will need to wait to find out whether the advice changes and their holiday can continue as planned. If you decide to cancel, early normal booking conditions and cancellation charges will apply.
