Villagg tal-Fanal is five minutes away by car from the capital city Victoria. There is a small well-stocked mini-market within walking distance from the village.
There are twenty six houses in all (with one, two, three or four bedrooms), each having a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for self-catering holidays) and a comfortable living room. All the one bedroom houses have a bathroom ensuite and a terrace or a balcony, while the two bed-roomed houses have two bathrooms each, one of which is ensuite. All the two bed-roomed houses have a large terrace on ground or first floor level. The three bed-roomed houses are all on the ground floor level with a large terrace; they have two or three bathrooms.
A large swimming pool and sunbeds are at the disposal of the residents. The village is adorned with plants, and there is an atmosphere of complete relaxation and tranquility. All residents may park their cars in a large underground car park situated beneath part of the village itself. A weekly maid service including change of linen and towels is offered free of charge.
Apartments have coin operated air conditioning units in bedrooms for both cold air and heat. The air conditioning units are operated using Eur1 and Eur2 coins.
